Close to its own beach with fishing, this caravan park has great facilities on site and is just half a mile from Saltcoats, a popular and lively resort. There are wonderful views of the glens and mountains and the area is superb for those who love walking and exploring. Golf lovers are well catered for too!

The park has an indoor heated swimming pool, an adventure playground and a children's club - so it's a great family destination. With pool, darts, family entertainment, bars, a shop and a water resorts and sports resorts programme, there is something for everyone. Laundrette facilities are available.

If you want even more outdoor fun, you could try paragliding at Strathwillan, fishing, archery and falconry at Waterside and quad biking and trekking at Shiskine. Children will love feeding the animals at the Heads of Ayr Park in Alloway by Ayr, and a trip to the Museum of Ayrshire Country Life and Costume at Dalgarven Mill is a fascinating day out.

Sandylands Gold 3 is a top of the range 12 ft centrally heated caravan that sleeps eight. The Sandylands Bronze 2 has one double bedroom and one twin and additional sleeping for two in the lounge. All the caravans have well-equipped kitchens with microwaves.
