Aberystwyth is West Wales' most popular seaside resort. Nearby Clarach Bay has excellent facilities ranging from superb live family entertainment at the clubhouse and an indoor heated swimming pool to two 18 hole golf courses. It's a great location for a fun family holiday.
The park is close to the beach where you can jump aboard a boat for a leisure trip. From Aberystwyth, you can take a steam train that meanders through beautiful countryside and enjoy a nature walk.
Cardigan Bay has Bottlenose dolphins, grey seals and porpoises - a delight for lovers of wildlife. Visit Aberaeron to see the Georgian harbour and brightly painted houses and the Welsh oak woodland at Ynys-hir in Machynlleth is carpeted with flowers in the spring. Watch out for the harriers, peregrines, kites and buzzards!
