Brean Sand's has an amazing location with seven miles of golden sandy beaches to explore and many historical sites close by. There is also a good choice of fun family days out to be had including trips to the amazing Longleat safari park where you can enjoy close encounters with some of the world's most amazing animals. Cheddars Caves and Gorge are also within easy reach of Brean Sands and have been a major tourist attraction for over 200 years.
Pontin's Brean Sands holiday park provides perfect family accommodation and a huge range of facilities including plenty of outdoor activities and an amazing heated indoor pool. Adrenaline junkies will enjoy activities such as quad bikes, KMX Karting and a bungee bounce as well as zip wire. Archery, snorkelling and trampolining are also on offer. The crazy golf course is a more sedate but no less enjoyable activity and one for the whole family to enjoy together. Obviously the pool is one of the park's star attractions and there are safe areas for the little ones to slash around in too.
For meals The Queen Victoria is a warm and welcoming pub where you can enjoy a relaxing drink and tasty food. Down Town Diner is another excellent choice and serves family favourites in a relaxed environment. SFC is the perfect place to grab an American style snack in between activities while traditional fish and chips can be found at Captain Cod's.
There are kids clubs to keep the little ones busy both day and evening, with a varied and comprehensive program of activities. The blue coat cabaret shows and character shows in the fun factory are not to be missed and younger children will love singing along. Adults can also have some grown up time in the adults only Luna's bar.
Accommodation at Brean Sands is in modern apartments. All are family friendly and there are three grades of accommodation to choose from allowing you to book the one that best suits your needs and budget. Budget accommodation is more basic but still very well equipped. Classic apartments are larger and bed linen is included while Club Apartments offer more luxurious and spacious accommodation with upgraded fixtures and fittings including a microwave, French doors and complimentary tea and coffee.
