Set in the grounds of the Porth Veor Manor Hotel, right in between Newquay with its lively atmosphere and the beautiful Watergate Bay, this park has some great facilities. Close to Padstow, Rock and Falmouth, Porth Island, an ancient settlement where you can explore smugglers' caves at low tide, is easily accessible by foot.
The park has an outdoor heated pool, bar, restaurant and its own putting green. Try your hand at sailing in Mevagissey, diving and surfing at Falmouth and go hot air ballooning at Liskeard. You can even head to Helston for some camel trekking! Falmouth has some excellent places to eat - try The Pandora Inn and Harvey's Wharf for delicious home cooked food.
Lantic Bay at Fowey is a secluded shingle beach with a multitude of coves to explore that gets the very best of the sunshine. Marazion Marsh has amazing views over St Michael's Mount and the marshland there has Cornwall's largest reedbed with over 250 species of bird.
The Veor Ocean Villa is spacious and stylish. It has beach views and sleeps four people in two bedrooms with additional sleeping for two in the lounge area. The Veor Pool Apartment is a spacious poolside apartment that sleeps up to six people and has a tv with selected satellite channels, a dvd player, a microwave and dishwasher.
