Surrounded by breathtaking scenery and rolling hills, this peaceful park is within easy driving distance of both Perth and Dundee. There's a whole host of outdoor activities in the area and Perth is well known for its great range of restaurants, bars and cafés.
At the outdoor adventure centre at Ballinluig just under 20 miles away, there are quite literally 'Nae Limits'. Enjoy Sphere Mania, the Adventure Tubes, River Bugs and white water rafting. Go paintballing at Aberfeldy and quad biking in Amulree - parties of 1 or 2 are very welcome.
Perthshire is steeped in history and there are museums, castles and places of interest to be found everywhere. The Unicorn Preservation Society in Dundee is housed in an old frigate, built in 1824 and Scotland's only wooden warship left in existence. Find out what a pirn winder or a cloutie rug or even a thrawcrook is when you visit the Angus Folk Museum at Glamis!
