Lido Beach has direct access to a delightful sandy beach and is just a short walk from the centre of Prestatyn with its shops, restaurants and bars. Rhyl, Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon Castle, Dyserth Waterfalls and Offa's Dyke are all close by and the towns of Mold and Llangollen are both within easy travelling distance.
Guests can use the privately owned leisure complex with swimming pool and bar just five minutes walk away and on site, there is a café and takeaway, tennis court and a children's adventure playground. There are many historic buildings in the area, such as Conwy Castle, Bodelwyddan Castle and St Asaph Cathedral, the smallest ancient cathedral in Great Britain.
The Welsh Mountain Zoo at Colwyn Bay has snow leopards, sumatran tigers, chimps, brown bears not to mention the Jungle Adventureland and the Tarzan Trail Adventure Playground. The Blue Planet Aquarium at Ellesmere Port has one of the largest shark collections in Britain and the Celyn Farmers' Market sells a great range of local produce, including cheeses and Welsh cider.
The Lido Pearl A sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms with additional sleeping for 2 in the lounge. The Lido Pearl B sleeps up to 8 people and all caravans have TV and fitted kitchen with microwaves.
