The Panama Apartments are just 250 yards from Havre de Pas promenade and beach and provide a great base for exploring St Helier, the island's capital. The town centre is within walking distance, and is lively and vibrant with a wide range of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops.
Jersey is the jewel of the Channel Islands and there are some amazing cycle paths and beautiful sandy bays along the south coast. Along the west coast, the waves attract surfers all year round and St Helier has some wonderful shopping and a lively market.
The island offers watersports galore and there are some great places to visit. Jersey Zoo, The Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, is home to numerous endangered species and there are some spectacular castles, such as Mont Orgueil, one of the most photographed sights in Jersey. The Fine Art Museum in Rennes is home to a fabulous array of artwork by famous artists such as Rubens and Picasso.
The Panama Apartment is a comfortable first floor apartment with one double bedroom. It has a tv and dvd (or video) and there is additional sleeping for two children on a double sofa bed in the lounge. It has heating throughout and a well equipped kitchen with microwave. Launderette facilities are available.
