These high quality pine lodges nestle in a landscaped development within the wonderful grounds of Crowhurst Park, a 17th century country estate that holds a David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation. Battle, Hastings, Rye and Halisham are all within a few miles and the park is a Hoseasons Go Active Break with superb facilities.
The Manor House, at the hub of the park, has some charming bars, a ballroom, restaurant and coffee lounge and a leisure club with an indoor heated pool, dance studio and gym. There is also fencing, snorkelling, table tennis, tennis, archery and a small fishing pond on site. The children will enjoy an adventure playground, their own pool and WaterWalkerz.
If the activities on site aren't enough, you can paintball at Eastbourne, play golf at Battle and go kart at Polegate. The Fish Café in Rye is a lovely fresh fish restaurant and there's excellent shopping at Burgess Hill, Brighton and Hastings. The Underground Theatre at Eastbourne stages drama and music productions.
Minnesota Lodge sleeps six people and has a half-size bath with overhead shower. The superb Garden Plus and Country Plus lodges are situated within the Victorian walled garden and have their own verandahs with outdoor hot tubs. All have tvs with Freeview channels.
