River Edge Lodges enjoy the most wonderful setting - beside the River Earn, with Moncreiffe Hill just behind affording amazing views across Perth and Strathearn. Crieff and Dundee are both within easy driving distance and the lively town of Perth itself is under 2 miles away.
The park has goats and hens and there is free trout fishing in the Earn. Golf, cycling and watersports are all close at hand and there is a good choice of pubs, restaurants and takeaways in the area. The Activekid Adventure Park in Perth is a great way for to kids burn their energy off with go karting, pedal tractors, trampolining and a crazy golf course!
Silver Sands Beach on the stunning Fife coastline has great views across to the islands of Inchmickery and Incholm and there is a beautiful walk along the Fife coastal path. In Crieff, you can enjoy the Famous Grouse Experience when you find out how Scotland's favourite whisky is made and a little further afield, you can take the steam train at the Bo'ness & Kinnell Railway.
Moncreiffe Lodge is a two storey A-frame two bedroomed lodge with additional sleeping for two people in the lounge. It has a tv with selected satellite channels, a dishwasher and gas central heating. Elcho Lodge has one twin room and room for two people in the lounge. All the lodges have baths with overhead showers.
