These Canadian style lodges nestle in the Tamar Valley, surrounded by acres of glorious countryside. It's a tranquil rural getaway, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the variety of wildlife around. The park is within easy access of the A30 and A39, just 14 miles from Bude and the nearest beach is an easy drive away.
There is a small fenced off fishing lake, well stocked with rudd and carp and a safe children's play area. The local village pub is a gentle walk away, offering food and real Cornish ale and a multitude of restaurants a little further afield - Langman's Restaurant in Callington is a three times voted "Restaurant of the Year" by the Cornwall Tourism Awards and boasts two AA rosettes.
At Lydford Gorge, you can view this geologically important landmark from a lovely riverside and woodland walk, taking in the spectacular 30m White Lady waterfall and Devil's Cauldron. Torrington 1646 is a great day out - get to meet colourful 17th century characters, dressed in period costume as if they're still in the Civil War!
Woodlands Cottage is a single storey cottage with a private drive, garden and patio area. It has a master double with king size bed and ensuite shower, three further bedrooms and a widescreen tv and dvd player. Redwood Lodge has two bedrooms, a balcony and a picnic table.
