
Set within 12 acres of natural woodland along the banks of the River Ogwen, and just a mile away from the traditional Welsh slate village of Bethesda, these delightful lodges are a superb base for exploring Snowdonia and the North Wales Coastline - and there is fishing, canoeing, riding and some magnificent walks close by.
Trout and salmon fishing is available on the River Ogwen - and the Olde Worlde Country Club, at the heart of the park, has a superb log fire, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. There is a bar and restaurant, a children's adventure play area and a shop and launderette. Nearby Bangor has some lovely places to eat.
There are some wonderful places to visit - for stunning gardens and views, head for Bodnant Gardens, near Colwyn Bay or Portmeirion. Anglesey Riding Centre offers beach and grass track horseriding for all abilities and there are several golf courses in the area. Aberconwy House in Conway is believed to be the oldest town house in Wales and dates from the 14th century.
Harlech is a 4 star graded lodge for two people with a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Caernarfon is a luxuriously equipped lodge with one double and two twin bedrooms and travel cots and highchairs can be hired.
