The fishery is stocked with steelheads, brown trout and rainbow trout, and fly fishing, bait and coarse fishing is available for dates throughout the year. There are stunning views across the fishery to rolling hills beyond and with just two lodges on Springwater Fisheries, this is the perfect 'Scottish retreat'.
Golfers can play at Troon and Turnberry, both championship courses, and you can take a day trip to Glasgow for some excellent shopping and places to eat. At Vikingar in Largs, you can relive the Viking experience and travel through 500 years of history learning about their culture, traditions and lives.
It is an extremely peaceful park and the accommodation is cosy and comfortable, yet spacious. Arran Lodge sleeps 4 in two twin rooms and has lovely countryside views. The kitchens are well-equipped and some lodges have wheelchair access.
